Hi! I’m Erin, a yoga teacher, artist and registered nurse. I combine my experiences in life to deliver a compassionate, person-centred approach to yoga. My goal is to help the people of Glasgow feel better in themselves and teach them tools to cope with whatever life may throw at them. My classes focus on balancing the nervous system, reducing stress and improving mobility/range. Each class includes a variety of beautiful practices relating to movement, Pranayama and meditation. After living with anxiety, chronic pain and experiencing burnout I began to explore more alternative and holistic practices, which ultimately led me to train as a Yoga Teacher while I lived in Australia. I love being able to support others, share knowledge and create a safe, empowering environment. Absolutely everyone is welcome along to a class, I hope to see you soon!
