For a variety of levels and ages. Including pre/postnatal, Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.

Post Natal Yoga

A fun class concentrating on exercises for postnatal recovery of the mother. Suitable from 4-6 weeks after birth, this class provides an opportunity for Mums to do something for themselves! The babies watch, sleep, feed, play together or get involved in some of the exercises.

Indoor pregnancy class designed to maintain strength and stamina throughout your pregnancy. You are also provided with nutritional support and advice where appropriate. Classes are excellent for making Mum connections prior to birth.

Post-Natal Fitness

A follow on class from prenatal. It is a light resistance class using light weights, resistance bands and floor work. Specifically designed to increase strength and stamina post birth. Working on mobility, core rehab, kegal exercises included to help rehabilitate core and pelvic floor muscles.

Craft Classes
Craft Classes

Each Workshop will teach 'STEAM' based crafting (science technology, engineering, arts, maths) with each child bringing home a masterpiece to be proud of at the end. They will build confidence and bond with other children. Not only will they be crafting, but they will also be problem solving, expanding their imagination, and learning to craft using recycled materials. and more.
